Form 10 Registration
McMullen Law Group can assist your Company in completing a federal registration statement Form 10-SB. In conjunction with the Company's application for listing on the OTC-BB, OTCQB, or OTCQX. We can assist your Company in the preparation and filing of a Form 10 under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 to become a “fully-reporting” company with the SEC.
Existing OTC listed companies must have current DTC eligibility to qualify.
Our Attorneys will prepare and EDGAR file of all the required documents with regards to the full registration under Section 12(d) or 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, (the “Exchange Act”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) for Client.

Most exchanges now require that a company be fully reporting (i.e., file 10-K's and 10-Q's with the SEC) before it can be listed. Exchanges requiring Audits are: OTCBB, OTCQB, OTCQX, NASDAQ, AMEX, and NYSE.
